		<description>I appreciate the want and desire to share information, but a centralized C4I is critical to success on the battlefield.  Although applications such as Twitter may be convenient and popular, they are not used by everyone and thus key people, and bits of information are not in the loop.  Ultimately this is not a bad thing though, as Twitter can&#039;t be considered a secure medium for transmitting sensitive information.</description>
